Most Characters & Characters in Alternate Outfits in Free Roam

All gang leaders spawn in their normal outfits.
Most Girls will appear in PJ's cheerleading outfits or normal outfits. Mandy spawns in a towel too.
Spawned SOME carny freaks, like Paris and one of the siamese twins.
Please note this is my very first Bully mod.
