Impossible at the moment.
The girls being grabbed is tied to they stats if they HP at 0 you can grab them
(Only with Gary Fight style)
Some people cannot be grabbed.

Im pretty sure youcan just change ther stats to a guy and stat to a male...like STAT_G_Grappler_A
My favorite stat!!!
