Make their spawning 00 00 00 00.

No, I'm not Malaysian. I just study in Malaysia.

And to answer you:

First, change PedPop to look like this:

10,   0, 0, 0, 0, 10, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0,

Then, despawn all the other greasers (make them FF FF FF FF).
