Title: Population info?

So i was looking at the Trigger files when i used IMG tools and i was wondering if anybody knows how are the names labeled? like for example "RichArea". I'm looking for the Harrington house so i can spawn preps in there.

Look up Harrington House in the trigger.img and it should be their but it has no spawn codes.
