im not to sure but you do see in a picture i think that theres a preppie in a room which looks like the restroom or something but i m not sure if he will be able to smoke himself

you cant smoke or drink.it say tobacco and alcohol because the english teacher drinks rum and some of the students smoke but you cant otherwise it would have been banned for sure

it says on the esrb rating 'use of alchohol' and 'use of tobacco' so its a possibility of course it could just mean adults in town or something.....

Possibly, but the main character hasn't been able to drink or smoke(in gameplay) in any of the GTA series and probably not in any game. Correct?
