Title: Change fighting style of characters?

How do I change characters fighting styles?

For example:

Police Officer -> Prefect?
Boss Russel -> Police Officer

Also, is there a way to change a characters voice?

You're gonna have to change they're styles in the hex editor IDE.
Voice mod we don't have the tools yet to change it, its tided to the AI but you can change they're voices, but not Jimmy.
Maybe MadMan and redblaster figured it out.
