On the item stats, what do C and D represent on Bully File Editor?

C is the health for the item to be destroyed
D is 'ManualLockTargetable' I'm not sure what it means.

These properties won't really apply to weapon objects, however, only props, I believe.

I am planning to finish that editor at some point since its largely unfinished and doesn't show the file formats as it should.
