Title: Please tell me how to change characters >.<

I've seen people in youtube using mods to change characters or skins in bully. I've finished the game story and I wanna roll in free roam. I tried using the img tool 2.0 but it ain't working for me. it keeps giving me the f***cking "Dir File Error..,exiting" =( please help :'(

It seems that the .dir file is missing or unreadable, make sure you're running the program as Administrator and that the .dir file is present, and ensure you rebuild the archive regularly.

wow it worked when I pressed run as admin thanks man but>

I cant rebuild the archieve it says "read beyond end of file" this error is so annoying
