The ability to do missions while playing as a different character is not affected.

Yes, you can play as other characters in missions and nothing will happen, it will just be the same.

In cut scenes you're Jimmy but in the actual Mission freeroam you are the character.

Nothing wrong happens, with the exception that if you are using the skin from the character that is in that mission it will look weird.

When I changed Davis in the final showdown he looked like himself no odd formalities whatsoever. I did this by changing Jimmy to Bully_02 and leave Davis's model the same. When you change the character's model to player.player they look exactly like Jimmy found by InsanityGames lol. Also you can switch ped's with bosses I will do this with Mandy and Ted and change Ted to Mandy and Damon to Christy for my video and Pinky and Lola to the other defender's and Zoe,Lola and others to fighter's. Yes their will be a clone Christy lol.
