Title: Gain or give power mod

Okay guys this is a SUPER cool mod i updated.It's about the pedstats.dat file!
Open the pedstats.dat with notepad.
Go to damage scale value (33rd value)
Put a negative value of -100 or whatever(i have -999)
Change this for whoever you like to give you power or for you to make superpeds with your hits(this works when someone or you use some weapons but not with punches)
Save and go to game.

Sounds like fun!

I may experiment with this a bit since this might open up possabilities for other types of mods for bully.
