Keep in mind tho that there is more to it then just changing the vision yaw and range since you might have to come up with a custom hud and possibly completely custom camera views for this to work. I have some info that may prove useful to you while making this mod.

This is the whole spirit of what modding is all about. It is never about going here and there begging for mods from people that mod...but its about asking questions and then learning on your own and at your own pace.

This is why I have this feeling that bully modding will be as popular as GTA modding is and just might get as big.

It is getting more popular than GTA Modding.
I uploaded a video called "Johnny Vincent VS Bob" and that got 4000 views in a month, while my GTA SA mods reach 100 by the end of the month.
