Title: Jimmy running slow?!
Post by: GreenOmnitrix on December 24, 2011, 03:28:25 PM
I'm not sure what is happening to my Bully. Jimmy is moving REALLY REALLY slow like in slow motion while everyone in the game is walking or moving fine!? I even re-installed the game and used backup files but nothing would happen. Please could anyone help?

Explain it a bit better so I can help you better. What was the last thing you edited? It's a pointless question since you re-installed the game.

First I defragmented the game with Auslogic's. Then when I play Jimmy moves abnormally  slow! :(

Open up pedstats.dat and on the first line which is player, change the animation factor to a higher number. normally it is set to 100 but you can safely set it to a max of about 150-180 but anything higher will be too fast for your controls to keep up with and you will find that then you no longer will be able to open doors or pick up weapons/props/item drops.

Just read the comments in that file carefully and it will tell you which column the animation factor is, I cant remember which it is atm and am too busy to check but I think its either F or V possibly, each letter is a column so you will need to do a little bit of counting to figure out which column is which according to the comments. It is not too hard  8)

Any other problems, just post in here and I will try to help you further.
