That is actually pretty well done. Might have to see if this person is willing to be part of bullyboard and possibly team with me on the mega mod since I am also doing high res textures for that atm too tho mine are a bit different and everything is being redone with high res....even the peds and vehicles....
The level of modding activity for bully has really exceeded my own expectations in the short run since I never expected this level of activity from ppl after joining the modding community when I did...
I will try to post some screenshots of my mega mod as it is atm a bit later today/tonight and see what ppl think of it so far and if they want anything added to the game since I have a few surprises in store for everyone. :biggrin:

He also said these are the instructions
USE TEXMOD:
1= OPEN TEXMOD, GO ON THE FOLDER SYMBOL..
2= OPEN THE GAME BULLY.EXE
3= GO PACKAGE AND OPEN THE TPF FILES.
4= CLICK RUN!
DONT LOAD ALL THE TEXTURES AT THE SAME TIME...
EX:
OPEN 50 FILES. LATER MORE 50 AN MORE 50...
