Title: How to re-use a costume for a skin?

Well, RB (who is on holidays right now) said he usually uses the same costume to change skins.


 Now, I am going to get the gold-suit and use it for Lefty and Bo and I was wondering how do I re-use it?

Well for example you replaced the gold suit textures for lefty textures. Now you want to have bo textures instead of lefty ones for the gold suit right? Extract bo nif and nft textures to the folder where you save all the characters textures. Copy both the nif and nft like you should have done with lefty and rename them to the gold suit name. I don't know the name of the gold suit textures and how many nif and nft there should be since I did this with the red ninja outfit. Find the gold suit in the world (it should have lefty skin) and delete them all. Now add the ones with bo skin and rebuild the archive.
