Title: Make chars hireable?

How do I make all the characters be possible to hire as bodyguards?

Steman and I are releasing very soon a mod that will allow just that, but first we have to iron out a few details before it can be released. Just sit tight and be patient and you will see this release soon enough once we get a few things finished first.  8)

Sounds interesting, I was about to ask the same question, until i found this topic  :).
