Title: 3D Model Editing

So, did any of you edited (sucessfully) any models from Bully? If so, what program do you use?
I'm using NifSkope. Edits both models and textures.

You can use 3d ripper dx and import to 3d Studio Max.

BullySE can you please give me an ide that plays as a different character? thanks in advance

I may be late with this reply but

1. You don't edit the ide to change skins
2. You have to edit the world.img, and a world.img file is to large to upload.
