Anyone know hwat there doing? They are not fighitng over a book or something. They are hand to hand.

It is a grappling glitch, I've seen it happen many times.

... but... Parker doesn't grapple.

I normally see this glitch with bullies inside the school building.

Wrestler fatty isn't a grappler from what I know.
