How do you see personal messages you sent to others?

My Messages > Outbox. There should. Be a little check box asking if you want your messages saved to your outbox.

And if you go to Profile > Personal Message Options, there's a check box asking if you want everything saved by default.

If you haven't been doing that, everything you've sent out so far will not show up in your outbox.
