I've done it before and haven't lost my data.

you wont lose your data since your saved files are in a different folder and file but if they were in the bully scholarship folder then you would loose your data but its not all your save games are in your documents because re installing your bully would only re install your bully scholarship folder so you have nothing to worry about :)
