How do I get characters to spawn in interiors not in pedpop.dat?

i have make on all spawn in dorm (townies,and the rest) and this is like a real brawl maybe this help you

The dorm is in pedpop, though.

What he's asking is interiors NOT in pedpop. Like the auditorium, English class, etc.
