Title: Replace character Models with models from other games - possible???

Does anyone think that this is possible because it would be awesome if it is

example - replace one of the adults with Tommy Vercetti model from vice city

or replace Jimmy with Niko Bellic

i think the game would just freeze but there must be a way...
