The guys over at NIFTools have been making some progress with getting Bully editable, especially models.

I was actually the one who requested for support with the game (although I'm pretty sure that I'm not the only one who did); I'm currently attempting to get my custom character to work ingame, and since it didn't work as I initially expected I decided to ask for some help.
