Hello,
At the begin i have to say sorry for my bad english. Im from Poland... ;-)

Well.. I made a new clothes for Jimmy. It's new jacket and new cool jeans.
I making a polish language to this game and other new clothes i made little later ;-)

HOW TO INSTALL?

1. Download IMG Tool 2.0
2. /Bully Scholarship Edition/Stream/World.img.
3. Load World.img to IMG Tool.
4. Delete 'B_Jacket1.nft' and 'R_Pants4.nft'.
5. Click on Tasks and Add.
6. Add files from my archive to IMG Tool.
7. Rebuild Archive ;-)
8. Launch the game.

Looks good; I once tried modding his clothes but it didn't seem to work on my end, although I'm currently into experimenting with NIF meshes and stuff.

If you put GTA files in Bully data files, will the game change?

Maybe, but since R* made extensive changes to the game logic especially when they ported it to Gamebryo, it won't be as easy as you would think.

I definitely should edit the Tuxedo Jacket into a real classy suit. Not so hard to do, in fact !

I don't understand you how to change clothes outfit? I know how to make Gary nif and nft from img tool. Sorry I am not understand you? Sorry.
