Where you in the town..)

GTA is big, but no so many enterable houses and detailed areas. Buly is on the contrary. But... i can't call the town small. Not from what i have heard.

Imagine a 15 year old kid hijacking cars and running over kids, Bully would be banned for sure.

San Andreas didn't have loading times. Only when you entered building and that was like not even a second..
