Title: Prefects talking to each other?

 Has anyone seen Prefects talking to each other?  One prefect had itching powder on him the other day and when he spread it to Max he said "Hey! Save that for the enemy!"  Sometimes I've even seen prefects greeting each other.

No, I haven't....But the Itching powder thing gives me an Idea.....

Whoa, what the fuck ? A prefect wearing a weapon ? It's like the mod I had seen over the Internet. All prefects had Bottlerockets Launchers... Anytime someone did something wrong, BAM !

The prefect wasn't exactly holding a weapon, but itching powder can be transmitted from one character to another.  When someone is itching and they walk near someone else, the other guy starts to itch and takes it as an assault.
