I found this a long time ago and just remembered it today. You can make Mr. Luntz attack you from the school store. This is a very complicated glitch that is easy as long as you do it just the right way.
First, smash out the windows of the school store. Then, make sure the prefects in the hall are far away from you and make sure you can hide in the nearest locker (across from the store).
This is where you need to act fast. Throw marbles, egg, or any "non-lethal" item at Mr. Luntz through the window. Now you RUN like hell into the locker to hide as the prefects will hunt you down. Be patient, the trouble meter may take a long time to go down, this is part of the glitch. When the trouble meter is empty, leave the locker and Mr. Luntz should be walking around the hallway.
Now you can make him attack you. Jump at him, but only once. The glitch causes your trouble meter to go to gold. If you jump again, it will turn red. If you let the meter drain and jump again, he will chase you and try to citizen's arrest you.
Just follow these steps exactly and you will see for yourself. Just be able to pound the shit out of the triangle button. Mr. Luntz is VERY strong when trying to arrest you.

I was just curious one day. I said "What would happen if I nailed him through the window? So curiousity got the better of me and I nailed him in the pork and beans with some marbles!

OK, I did this too….First time, broke out the window with the Spud Gun, hid in the locker, coast clear, left locker and hit him with a Stink Bomb…..Ran for, and entered, the basement entrance….Second time, broke the window and hit him with the Spud Gun…Also ran for, and entered, the basement entrance…
Both times, he also entered the basement entrance behind Jimmy, but….DIDN’T SEEM TO SEE JIMMY, as he ran past and down the steps….Both times, he stopped at the first drain grate to the right (about 10-15 Ft from the bottom steps) and would just stand there with his back towards Jimmy, saying, “I’m going to catch you”…
Nail him with the Spud Gun, and he will turn around and come after you….Hit him two more times, and, just like a Prefect, he will go down…..Pop him some more to hear funny shit, like “Everyone will pay for this” and “Dr. Crabblesnich will hear of this”.
Fucking Hilarious.....

I didn't know he would follow you into the basement. It's funny to hide in the locker and then bring him into the cafeteria. You can start a food fight and try to get some asshole to hit him with flying fruit!

Wait... He tries to bust you like any adult would do, right ? In this case you can take an object in your hand. This makes him want to take it from you instead of trying to bust you. This doesn't work for prefects, that's why I was wondering if it could work with Mr. Luntz.

I works sometimes. If you stand still, he will try to grab the object, but if you run, he will grab you and throw you to the ground.

Objects Jimmy carries, or Objects Jimmy picks up ??
(Like Trays, Plates, Food, Etc.).....

No. If he gets hit with food though he will try to bust whoever threw it at him. This reminds me, do not make Mr. Luntz walk over a banana peel that you threw. The glitch will cause your trouble meter to go up. Be careful!!

Idea -- Mike, would he chase you Upstairs, and could you hop up on the counter, Turn then and take him out ??

Yeah, I'm gonna try out some different stuff....Wonder if I can take him out, and jump into his little booth....Waiting for the trouble meter to go down, he disappered...and was back behind the counter when I went back out....Has to be a way....

There is a door, it's next to the door for the basement. Only problem is that it doesn't open for Jimmy.

We're talking about the door INSIDE the basement entrance that presumably goes into the Booth...

When you're in the hallway, look at the door to the basement. See the door to the left? That goes into the school store. You can even see the other side of it through the shop's windows.

Maybe you can, with a lot of timing, enter at the same time he gets out... ?

It doesn't work. I try that with other doors and you get the "invisible wall" effect.

What I meant was the door INSIDE the room that leads into the basement, to the left after you enter....This has to be connected, but can not be opened by Jimmy.

OK, after messing around with this further, I found that I can break out the windows in the School Store without getting busted…..Although vandalism, the trouble meter only goes to mild yellow…..Next, I tried a variety of weapons on Mr. Luntz…Spud Gun, Bottle Rocket Launcher, Firecracker, Slingshot, Marbles, Newspaper, Rubberband Ball, Eggs, Stink Bomb, & Itching Powder.
All of the weapons except the Eggs, Stink Bomb, & Itching Powder, will cause Mr. Luntz to leave the School Store to get you….I ran Jimmy to the basement and can now turn around in time to see Mr. Luntz enter by the door from the hallway, same as Jimmy enters….But, he does not ‘see’ Jimmy, even as far as going around him, to run down the steps, and down the corridor to stand in the place where I described before, with his back to you….After Jimmy brings him down, I got some more phrases out of him…
“OOWWW, MY KNEES”
“THAT’S SO UNDERHANDED”
“IM VERY, VERY ANGRY”
“DR. CRABBLESNITCH WILL BE ANGRY”
“EVERYONE WILL PAY FOR THIS”
“THERE WILL BE PAYBACK FOR THIS”
Now, I even tried outrunning the Prefects to get all 4 of them to follow Jimmy to the School Office…Where I would whack them, along with Ms. Danvers….Then with an ‘hour’ free of Prefects, went looking for Mr. Luntz….Strange, he is nowhere to be found, not the School Store, not the hallways, not outside, not even the lunchroom, where I had Jimmy just shoot the piss outta Edna, just for the pure hell of it……
I also found, sadly, that I could not jump Jimmy into the School Store……

Oh yeah ! Just imagine placing the school store in the MIDDLE of the general hallway of the school ! HAVOC !

OK...Pissing around with Mr. Luntz some more....First, went and jumped on the school counter...Shot Ms. Danvers, shot the two Prefects as they came in, took off down the hall, busted the glass trophy case, headed toward the West part of the school, saw two red sweeps heading my way (the other 2 Prefects), hid in a locker, watched both come up the stairs, stop (they couldn't find Jimmy), one goes back down stairs, the other walks East upstairs...Leave locker, beat it back to the school office, re-shoot Ms. Danvers, one Prefect comes running, shoot him, take off, head downstairs, meet the last Prefect at the bottom of the stairs, and take him out.....
Coast Clear !!!! All Prefects Disabled.....Run over to School Store, bust window, shoot Mr. Luntz once...Twice...and he DISAPPEARS..!!!!!!! Where the hell did he go ?? He doesn't run out of the School Store Door like I expected...Just flat out disappeared....
Not much time before the first Prefects I put down re-generate...Run around looking for Mr. Luntz, nowhere to be found...Red sweeps appearing, I beat it back to the basement just ahead of a Prefect....Turn, and...There's Mr. Luntz, coming thru the door, ignoring Jimmy, and running down the steps like always....Follow him down, and....Only takes one shot to finish him off....Since I already shot him twice before....
But...Where the hell did he disappear to..??

As I hide in a locker, the prefects don't run away, they come just IN FRONT of the locker, and say their dumb sentence, like : "I'll beat you some other time, Hopkins !".

Yes. Sometimes your trouble meter stays red for a long time though.
Oh, and yesterday I brought Mr. Luntz into the basement. He ran down the stairs, but he chased me when I threw marbles at him. I thought he was just going to stand there. He ended up busting me in "the hole"

Oh, and Mercury, forgot also....I went to hide in the locker in the first North-South hallway (not the one on the balcony) toward the west side of the building....From there, through the locker, I could see the stairway, and the office entrance, the trophy case Etc.....

OK, just saw how Luntz gets out of the School Store....And, he doesn't come out the door.....He goes through the wall !!
Taking care of the Prefects upstairs and down, I went to the hall intersection directly in front of the School Store.......Broke the glass, then shot Luntz with the Spud Gun....To my surprise, he didn't move, so shot him again....
This time, he moves.....To the left, OPPOSITE the direction of the door, which is to the right, next to the basement door.....and disappears....I'm going WTF ?
Suddenly, he re-appears, coming around the corner from the big main foyer area, running right at me. I was so off guard that I got busted, since I wasn't looking for him to re-appear so fast.....
So, mystery solved....This is why I never saw him coming out the door, cause he doesn't.....He goes through the wall......Went back later and checked....There's no door anywhere around there....

Now I know why he never came out that door as I headed Jimmy for the basement.....
But he is frigging fast.....No sooner is Jimmy in through the door, he is following....But, don't know why the glitch exists that doesn't 'see' Jimmy before running downstairs...

I found Mr. Luntz outside today, so I bullied him. After he ran away and cried it all out, I thought I would be nice and say hi to him. The bastard turned to look at me, screamed and ran away again.

Yeah, when you Bully him he cries. It's the same as when you Bully anyone else provided that there are no doors neerby for them to run in. There's a glitch though, he cries silently. He doesn't say anything while crying, almost as if there was a sound file never included with that action.

So, how do you know he cries ? Does he put his fists in his eyes, or his hands over his face or something ?

You know how you can insult the Adults in town and eventually upset them enough to bully them? It's the same thing with Mr. Luntz. I insulted him with the red thumbs down icon and then did a humiliation move on him.

Can do it at the overlook without interference....

Yes, the overlook is perfect for bullying adults. I mean, they're just up there to be a pain in the ass. The least they can do is get to first base with somebody while they are there, otherwise they can get the hell outta there.

Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. You just have to keep trying, it's worth it.

What moves does Jimmy use ?

It's the same move as humiliating a student. You have to insult the adult a few times, then get the red thumbs down. The adult will start to "beg you to stop" and then you humiliate them. Just the other day I humiliated the guy in the green suit by slapping him in the face!

Okay, try this: First, insult him from a few feet away, but do not push. Next, insult him with the red thumbs down. When he backs down and waves his hands for you to stop, hesitate for a few seconds and then move closer to him and about 70% of the time you will get the option to bully him.
