Soothing is something that calms you down or maybe makes you a little sleepy. A soothing voice would be a calming voice that's nice to listen to.

Naming Ms. Phillips as the Most Soothing was a no-brainer...She is most likely the only one in the game WITH a soothing voice....Everyone else is always dissing Jimmy, or goveling to Jimmy, and the girls are all...Well, wanabee Sluts....
