Mr. Galloway is pretty damn cool if you ask me. He's my favorite teacher! All the other teachers aside from him and Miss Philips are dorks.

Say, come to think of it….On the PS version, we only see 3 teachers out of class or missions…Ms. Phillips, who can be found in the Girl’s dorm, along with the Librarian and the Nurse….The Chem teacher.(what’s his name) in the school or walking about outside, and another male teacher in a suit who hangs out in the library sometimes…Who’s he ?? The Biology guy ??
We never get to see Crabblesnich, Hattrick, Galloway or Burton in the normal course of the game, although I thought I did see Burton once right outside the school gates…I would just love to whack them with the Spud Gun….I did get to whack the Janitor, and he started chasing me waving the Broom…Is he the same guy behind the glass at the School clothing store by the basement ??

The custodian is the same guy at the school store, his name is Mr. Luntz. The guy you mentioned near the Library could be anyone, your description was kind of vague. All the teachers, with the exception of Hattrick can be seen, but there is a trick to seeing them.
It's along the same principal as the "prank" sequences. At certain "critical times" eg. lunch break, end of class; certain things are programed to appear which include pranks and teachers reprimanding students among other things. Sometimes you will see a teacher or prefect lecturing a student and then dismissing them. I've seen all the teachers do it, Dr. Slawter, Dr. Watts, Mr. Wiggins, and even Mr. Galloway.
