Modding Questions/Help / Manual Installation for 'IMG' Mods

Greetings. So, I wanted to install Selector Mod 7.0.1, by Altamurenza himself, but I was disappointed to see that there was no manual installation for the mod (Without replacing the Scripts.img), and since I'm already using a Scripts.img with a lot of mods, i don't know what files to add or extract, but i really don't want to sacrifice my beloved mods, and it's not just with Selector Mod, but there are already been some cases i gave up on installing an amazing mod because i couldn't replace an IMG file, i needed a manual installation. I'm not saying this as a problem, not at all, but if somebody knows what to do in such situations, can you give me a hand in here? Thank you. Also, thank you Altamurenza, for doing such a good job on the Selector Mod.
