Yes, but I feel like WAY to many game mods use these special infected.
Try using ordinary zombies.
They look way more cooler in my opinion.

yes the special infected are in a lot of mods like : GTAs , minecraft xD etc...
the only special infected i gona use is tank

Dude do as you want.
A tank would be fun, but smoker, hunter etc is just going to get annoying.
