Working out is serious business. In HS we had options for different forms of gym classes we wanted to participate in, so I signed up for Team Games and Conditioning. I would work out for at least an hour. Then after school I would occasionally go with my aunt to the gym she goes to and work out some more and even after all that I don't look like any damn hulk.

I have worked out since I was 20, to ready myself into Civil Defense, so I can get that damn M60. My teammates worked out into lesser extent, since they carried smaller and lighter loads of equipment. Today I still worked out every night with my friends, of course.

My New Years resolution will be to work out some more. Ever since starting College I have really been lazy.

I've tried to work out earlier, but it's just way too boring to lift weights or do push-ups for couple of hours.

You don't have to do it for hours. Even just 15 minutes per day is good.

If you exhaust your muscles one day, you will destroy them if you keep working out tomorrow. Muscles need at least 36 hours of recovery.

2010 was actually a good year for me. Hopefully this year will be just as good.
