i changed the entire skin of Jimmy but the height and body parts still remain as Jimmy's. is it because i didn't add in the fighting style?

The fighting style is not necessary to edit if you want the skin to look properly.

For example if you want russell height you have to swap player...player... (With all the dots) in the ide with dolead_russell...dolead_russell_w...

right now i am using Mandy's skin. how should i do to make it fit? :/ the unfit version is creeping me out. lol

As dead said, you have to swap the

player...player... (with the dots)

and replace it with

JKGirl_Mandy....JKGirl_Mandy_W..

Do you know how to open a file with HxD...? Do you even have HxD?

Now, HxD is pretty much the primary thing for basic bully modding (Fighting styles, spawing characters, among some others)

Just google Hex Editor and download it and follow some tutorials, if you fail just post a question in the questions modding section. We will try to help as much as we can.

oh yeah i wanted to replace the wrestling uniform with some other skin. in the world.img i see 5 Wrestling words with H,L,T,FT and also one without any letter at the end just SP_Wrestling.nif . do i erase this as well?

I would recommend you to replace the red ninja outfit instead of the wrestling outfit.
Most of the skin change tutorials show how to do it with the red ninja outfit.

If you want to do it with the wreslting outfit I know you have to replace the ones that end with FT H L T. I'm not sure about the one that doesn't end with anything.

downloaded the hex editor but where do u find the .ide file?

Inside the objects folder next to the .exe of the game.

so basically i have to erase player..player.. and write down the Mandy's name? thats it? sorry for being a slow learner though.

No. Back up the ide. Now, search Mandy's name, copy JKGirl_Mandy or whatever until /Anim/GS_Female_A.act, then paste over player until Player.act... (make sure to include all dots, and pay attention to the fact that act here is lowercase) by highlighting that part and then right clicking "paste insert".

Now, open the backup ide, and do the opposite. Copy from player until Player.act..., then on the edited ide, paste on JKGirl_Mandy until /Anim/GS_Female_A.act.

Um...why did you write Paste over here until Player.act?

In any case, the second part has been done correctly.

Now, in the backup, copy from JKGirl_Mandy or whatever until /Anim/GS_Female_A.act and paste THAT part over player until Player.act...

Simple. Once that's done, just change "JOCK" to "PLAYER1".
