So I managed to edit a model through nifskope.
I simply removed a block.
Also, I'll try to do something similar with 3dsmax later.

It's on hold.
We have completed the skins, ped behaviour, population, stats, gangs and all that.
Now we just need to get into the whole Lua thing to make it work.

Good Job! Interesting how you did this. You should talk to me and Mad, since I was able to import Bully models into 3ds max, I can export it too, but can't get it in game yet. Thats different from what you did, but still, I think you could help us

Thanks, but I'm probably not going to be doing this again.
One is that I can't remember, two is because I'm way to busy with other projects and three is because I feel like I'd rather let the professionals handle this.
