Is this possible to sitting beside the driver's seat? or it just a bug?

In Bully MP, I heard they're adding support for vehicle passengers.
I'm not sure how it works normally, I've never done it (or tried) myself.

Maybe that's only possible for NPC, i have seen like that 2 times.. but how it's actually works in Single Player mode? i'm so curious about it.

couldn't adding passengers be easy af via modding
just re-use the driver animation, the only diff is the arms stick out
