Title: Banned users.

If a user is banned, there should be a text over the avatar, like "BANNED" or someting like dat. 


I have seen it on many other forums.  and its a like a dunce hat also. 

What yall think.

Well, It does make sense, but I believe when someone gets banned, They get it put in their personal text under your avatar in forum posts.
