im probably missing something really obvious here.. but how the hell do you give swirlys?.....  

oh and also.. is there a better moped anywhere in the game other than that heap of crap you win at the carnival?

when u stuff the persons head down the toilet and FLUSH. to do a swirly drag the person owards the toilet then keep tapping x
