I haven't found anything about him on B-B or on the bully wiki , or on google.
His name is "Milhailo" and he has a lot of voice files in the dialoge bin.
I may make a page about him, I dont know if he's model is made, I just know he has voice files.
One of his voice files is saying : "If I puke on this pants, do you think people will see it?" Its not exactly what he said, I dont remember exactly.
From his voice files, he seems to be the motel manager near new conventry.
He seems to be quite old and he is surely not full american, or american at all.
I haven't found his model in Scholarship edition, but he may have it on Canis canem edit, or the very first Bully game.
Anyway, Tell me what u think.

Ye, I saw that to.
Even though, this makes me wonder, if this character really runs the motel, was the motel available to explore in the beta?

I was saying, in the beta, you could propebly explore the INSIDE of the motel. He has a lot of dialoges, including complaining, saying Jimmy to move out of the way, cuz he has a motel to run, meaning, they are inside the motel.

Like other things, the Motel was maybe cast aside at some point in development, like a lot of stuff is. Maybe a Mission was planned and dropped.
But this character is neat, I didn't know of him, or his quotes. Nice find !!!!

He has some really wierd quotes, stating that he is not from America and that he had a hard life.

Mihailovich is not unused. He exists in-game, and the motel in-game is still intact.
This guy is very interesting...he has a very dark side to him, just like Mr. Luntz, and other characters make note of just how shady he is.

Simple, ask him for her name from the voice files.
Or I can search it for you.

If we know the name maybe we can test their voices for peds.
