HUD Editing

I've been trying to edit the HUD, move around the clock, radar, and weapon wheel. I remember doing this a long time ago and it working. However I've edited HUD_DATA.hdt, HUD_DATJ.hdt, and HUD_DATR.hdt, and nothing has changed in my game. What am I missing?

You can edit what the HUD looks like in TXD folder and HUDElems.nft the same way as changing textures in Stream/World.img but as far as changing their position goes I have no idea. I'll try to do it though and tell you if I figure it out.
