Title: Extract PS2 Audio

How can I extract audio from the PS2 version? I couldn't find a tutorial, even here, Which tools should I use?

Depends on the audio.
You can extract Ambience, Cutscenes, Music and Speech, but not sound effects.

You can use QuickBMS (https://aluigi.altervista.org/quickbms.htm) with this this script (https://forum.xentax.com/viewtopic.php?p=41618&sid=15911b8ffb5374394f1a9b72b542eda8#p41618) which gives you all the .rstm files that you can convert with vgmstream (https://vgmstream.org/) to something like .mp3 or .ogg.
