Red Suit

a. Some kind of protection from authority figures

Green Suit
========
a. Accuracy Upgrade (This is possible, seeing as you had to hit things 1000 times with projectiles to get it)
b. Speed increase

For facts, we know:

Black Suit
=======
a. Immune to Trespassing busting
b. Immune to Curfew busting
c. Immune to Truancy busting

They only do suff becasue you think they do, but really your probably just getting lucky. They're just there to be there and to be worn by the special kids who have always wanted to be a ninja. What I am talking about is if you get the "dress code" violation or something else that doesn't bring your trouble to the first notch, you could make the prefects chase you if you jump at them.
