Ok, I have found out some ways to knock out girls n stuff like that lol ...

... Knock out girls :
Ok, First throw itching powder on them, whilst thy are itching, you can beat the crap out of them ! It gts better because your trouble meter won't go red ! You can use this on, Little girls/little boys/girls/adult women/eunice. Use stink bombs as well as itching powder because it works better lol !!!

Escape Cops :
Run into in to stores, they wont follow you. Also, get the nearest school bus and by the time you get off your trouble meter will be empty. Run into the sea and take a little swim ...

Ways to just talk to girls (if u want to lol) :
Insult them then quickly apologise and you can have little chats lol.

Good places where police/prefects/teachers cant get 2 :
Attic in the girls dorm. The boys dorm, on top of buildings, the blacony, harington house, bmx place, hideouts, that look out bit thats a walk from your prep hide out and many more (i'll edit the others in) ...

I love how you gave eunice a category all to herself. My trouble meter still goes red when i hit gurls with itching powder and beat them up.
