Small offences mission recreation (2_S07)

Remember when rockstar said that there would be 8 exclusive mission in SE? Well... they meant 7 missions and a cutscene.



This mission is in fact in the game but it's just a cutscene and then a message saying "destroy all the gnomes blablalba". I recreated it using the unused dialogue (with a funny bit from Parker).

Of what I'm reading on Canis Canem Wiki(Spanish one)...They talk about 3 characters...Wiggins,Peters and Matthews...But I'm sure the ones I mentioned earlier were new as well...
