Hello guys,
Near the factory where the town is hang out there are two construction men talking about a ghost. There is a video on YouTube video. I remember one of the people saying the ghost in Bull worth. Could this mean there really is a ghost?

We do need a bit more information than that. I assume you're meaning near the trainyard in New Coventry. (beside the BMX stunt arena)

I for one, remember seeing this video.
I think one of them mentions the ghost and the other acknowledges it.
Most Bully conversations aren't based on any actual meaning though. Person A will say or ask something and Person B will respond.
For example:
Person A: Did you hear that Lola is thinking about leaving Johnny?
Person B: Whatever you say.
Then you have questions that Person A can ask Person B and get a generic response.
Some of these can actually be quite hilarious.
For example:
Person A: Have you ever snuck into the Girls' Dorm?
Person B: All the time!

All I'm saying is they do talk about a ghost.

On Bully,they talk about fresh blood being in The Hole...And it isn't any blood.
They talk about many things that are just generic conversations...
Not to burst the baloon...But,if there was a ghost...It'd have probably been found on the game files already.

I wouldn't take most things on Bully too seriously - sometimes, we just look for deep meanings that aren't actually there!

This is one of many conversations that were made just bring the player's attention or give more depth to bullworth's society.
Gta V is like the first rockstar game to officially add real monster or secret peds to the game. All the san andreas monsters myths aswell as bully's are fanmade or fake.

I think "fresh blood" was there because originally, the hole was going to be a fight club for students.
And as Dream mentioned, these are all just conversations with generic responses, but they all revolve around characters, events and surroundings of Bully, in order to emphasize everything and bring out the gameplay more to the player.
It's actually a pretty interesting and subtle way of making your game better.

There's always an undercurrent of crap that goes on in any HS, even more in a place like Bullworth.

I could've sworn the conversation with the two construction men was an scripted event instead of a random one. I think somewhere in the scripts they're scripted to spawn their and talk about the ghost being at the paper mill or something. It was probably going to be ingame but they maybe removed the idea due to them removing the paper mill.

I think it was mainly due to PS2 limitations (thanks a lot, Sony).
They removed tons of things. An underground sewer, elevator to the basement, larger boy's dorm (oh god why), pizza parlor, saw mill etc.

OT: the fresh blood is realistically there, infact blood is in the game but you just dont see it; it make's sense. the fighting with fist in the face a million times, just like russell and jimmy in the hole.
rockstar was red ninja and stopped for rating!!

Their was supposed to be blood in the game due to Russell looking beat up in the last mission. It was probably removed due to the rating but all in all I would've respected the M rating but with no overtly sexual themes due to them having children ingame.

Owais Is Right! I remember watching a vid about bully a guy called DarkMythHunter was investigating a myth about the Chainsawmill Ghost (Spencer Estates) And there was a guy in front of the building saying ''Did you ever seen a ghost?'' and then the other guy said ''Yes! But I didn't meant to!''

Bully would have been so much more fun to play if all of these things were in it.
