I think The Warriors had a good fighting system - and if it was used in Bully I'd be extremely happy.

I just pray for cuts and bruises though.. the game would miss a shit load of realism without - and the extremely hard attempts to make this game as real as possible would go out the window. I know its small - but it's definately a key feature that should not be missed.

If you already played the warriors, you remember how fucked up the warriors were after fighting, now imagine that on children, that would be to hardcore and the game would be banned for sure, the thing that people need to realize is that this game is no mahunt or warriors

Yeah I realise that - and I dont expect hardcore Warriors stuff.. but surely they could tweak the violence level a bit to give us all what we want to see.. What I DONT wanna see if someone take 15 hits the face and walk away with no even so much as a scratch or bruise.. that'd suck big time.. - and instead the 'health' bar going down.. No good..

You can humiliate your opponent, punch him in the face with his own fists and things like that.

A recent article said that Bully will utilize button mashing. "If you button mash, you'll look good" is one of the quotes in it. However, when using new moves, using timing and a right combination of buttons will give you the results you need: A lot of damage in a small window of time.
