I see how nobody replied to this, so I will tell you of the first time I ran a Cop into the water....
Running from the Cops on the bike, It was my Intent to ride the bike on the small wood bridge next to the big main bridge....Only I missed the little bridge and went down the Bank to the litttle beach area below....Here come the Cop on the Motorcycle, and overshoots me and winds up in the water...It was so Damn funny, he was stuck there...His head and chest were above water, so I kept popping him with the Spud Gun..But couldn't knock him out....But strange as Hell and funny all the same.....

I tried to do the same,but when I got in the water,mi go-kart just keeps ruining like its on the earth insted of water!!! 
(when y stop,it start sinking)

I would also think it would be fun if you could dress up as a member of a rival clique, infiltrate their base or whatever and them screw them over..that way, you'd always have to be on your toes...

I think that when entering clique you must change your clothes so anybody could recognize you like member of that clique.
Maybe you disguise( )  so just your clique see who you real are,but if you attack somebody your disguise fall off...

Yeah, exactly what I was thinking, but to make it riskier for the ninja, once you're discovered, your location is revealed on the map for all to see.

speaking of the map,we could possibly have a new area like bullworth city or a new school or anything like that.

how bout this:redesigned bullworth (new buildings,can enter all buildings,TV/radio tower (for mobilephone signal) in door skating rink,more stores...) and mountain city next to bullworth with rival school and that stuff (there will always be winter there,and you go there by train)

i say a online feature so you can go online with real people and in the online feature you create yourself and your own gun plus you can drive car and stuff that would be a grand idea

did you mean guns like spud gun,paintball gun etc... or real guns
that create yourself,i think that you chose your clique and create a character for that clique (or you yust yoin or changw clique after creating a caracter)
...and that idea of driving cars...
