62. None of the roads goes out of town(s).
63. There is a rail line that doesn't seem to go anywhere.
64. The only boats around are sunken ones.
65. You can steal bikes from anywhere.
66. You can't take a crap.
67. Nobody ever gets served at the lunch line.
68. Only one of the teachers has a home -- and that's a mansion.
69. Bullworth employs teachers who are Drunks, Pervs, & Cheaters.
70. You can get hit by a car and get right back up.

Yeah, there would have to be a serious waterway connection, with the Industrial docks and the barges and stuff.......I think I would vote for the East branch of the river to go out to an ocean, since the North branch obviously comes from a higher elevation.......

Well, not RIGHT on the ocean....Could be that the two river branches to the North (by the Dam), and to the east FEED to an ocean.....Would explain the Lighthouse, and the Bouys.....As to location, your guess is as good as any....Wish they had regional accents, that would help narrow it down.....Eh ??
