Probably modern. I mean, it could be 1950's, but I think that it would just be a lot cooler if it was modern.

In the faculty and students facebook it says "Welcome Bullworthers to the Fall semester of 2006", so guess what it takes place this from (I think) 2006-07.

If there was ever a college of bully (I doubt there will be one b/c the meaning of this game is school not college) it would be like rated M.
