I might go down there to climb up on top of city hall and shoot the slingshot from there. I don't really do much more there.

Bumping this topic like a boss.

Mike, have you seen anybody else on that building after you posted this? I'm curious if this is a common sighting or if it's rare to see. I um. I actually saw a guest view this thread a while ago and wanted to test it out myself. Sure enough, I found Clint/Henry up there, but he was acting a bit... strange. Him strange? Impossible. As you said, "[Davis] seemed to be frozen to that spot and would "rotate" on the spot if he needed to turn." For me, Clint was following Jimmy's every move and it was downright freaky. I managed to record it so yeah. I'll post the video here later.

Actually I have not seen this happen since. I tried to get it to happen again, but with no luck. I think it's awesome you were able to find Henry up there, at least that means the glitch is possible to duplicate, even if it is rare.

While I didn't get him to bully himself, I gave him one tiny hit from the basic slingshot and he went down. I wonder if it's an incomplete feature in the game, as it seems to be a bit glitchy. Here's a picture for now:

lol, nice. This has to be some glitch that maybe has something to do with incomplete stuff. Maybe there was something originally planned for the roof tops?
