Hey!
I got a problem with finding a rubberband in NC (were the greasers walk around).
If you go trough the tunnel to NC than on the right side there are some tracks.
Its in front of the Bikepark. My rubberband card says that theres has to be a rubberband. But I can't find it:( .
I only need 13 bands left to pick up and if this one wouldn't be to find it would be very stupid

So, were is it?

PS: Sorry for my bad english, I'm from germany and still learning;)

All i can really say is look up the rubber band guide man :S

i personally never really went out and deliberately found rubber bands

So the most ive ever got is like, 50 or something

As for your question, I honestly do not remember, but I will recommend the FAQ I used when I collected my rubber bands. Good luck.

the same thing happened to me and i had to take the map and check every single rubber band location there is. so if you don't find it i guess this is your only solution.
