But there needs to be 'consequences' for not sleeping. Maybe failing classes the next day? But then again... you never eat.

What consequences ?  Falling asleep in class the next day ?  (Who here hasn't ever done that ?)........

As for eating, Jimmy does too eat !  There's all kinds of Apples (or whatever fruit is laying about on the ground) to eat....What bothers me is, he never takes a Shit !
